Our 15-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• Your return request must be submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

• Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Items should be returned with their original packaging, where applicable.

• Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Sale Items & Discount Codes

We want you to shop with confidence.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes, including our welcome discount, are eligible for returns under our standard return policy, unless the individual product was explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your approved refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return arrives for inspection and processing.

HOW TO START A RETURN

We've made returns simple and convenient through our online portal.

START A RETURN

1. Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal and enter your order information.

2. Select the item or items you'd like to return.

3. Follow the instructions to select your return-shipping method.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your approved refund to your original payment method.

There's no need to email us before initiating a return through the portal.

U.S. Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns, you may choose between:

• Prepaid Return Label - $5: Use a return label provided through our return process. The $5 fee will be deducted from your approved refund.

• Ship It Yourself: Use your preferred shipping carrier and follow the return instructions provided through the portal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not provide prepaid international return labels. Please initiate your return through our online portal and follow the applicable shipping instructions.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be requested directly through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Simply enter your order information, select the item you'd like to exchange, and follow the instructions.

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability. We cannot guarantee or reserve replacement items before your exchange is processed.

Our standard return eligibility requirements also apply to exchanges.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take great care in preparing every order.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@sohomarie.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and photographs of the item if you have, where relevant, so we can assist you.
