All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Soho Marie is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.



Here at Soho Marie we believe that life is too short to wear boring jewelry and we are almost positive that you will be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event, you are not totally obsessed, we accept returns on all unworn items within 15 days of your purchase. 

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.

If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.

Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.

  3. For U.S. Orders, you can choose to either use one of our labels ($10) or ship it on your own. The label fee is deducted from the store credit you'll receive from us, once we process your return. If you decide to create your own label, please return at 153 E 43rd St, Apt 4C, NY, NY, 10017. If you return to previous office addresses, we will not be able to receive the order and issue a refund.

  • International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. We do not provide a return label for International Orders.
